You are invited to a deep democracy training and strategic retreat. As part of the training, Marine Biologist Riki Ott will share templates for municipal ordinances and resolutions to ban toxic chemicals, including Corexit, as part of a national action.
This was a free concert for all fishermen (recreational and commercial), oil workers, clean up workers, concerned citizens, activists and leaders.
In addition, the first ever Gulf Coast Clean Air and Clean Water Awards were given to individuals and groups who have answered the call to stewardship on behalf of our area, ecosystem and people.
Feb 5th Truth Out For the Gulf Forum in New Orleans. Dr. Wilma Subra presents the results of independent blood testing of Gulf residents for sign of oil/dispersant related toxins. Her findings, as well as other independent tests, do not concur with the FDA & EPA findings.

Paul was a rebellious youth that just wanted to swim in the Gulf and eat fresh seafood like nothing happened out there. He didn't want to let the BP oil spill dictate his life, so he kept livin' it.
